Shipping Policy

This policy explains fulfillment for orders placed directly through the Rehan LLC website.

Shipping area

We ship to eligible delivery addresses within the United States. Any address or product restrictions will be shown before checkout. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 2 business days after payment is authorized. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Delivery estimate

Standard delivery is estimated at 5–12 business days after dispatch. Estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier operations, weather, peak periods, remote destinations, or an incomplete address.

Shipping methods, rates, and tracking

Available shipping methods and charges will be displayed in U.S. dollars before you submit the order. Any free-shipping offer and its conditions will be shown with the offer. When tracking is available, we will send it to the email address used for the order.

Unexpected delays

If we learn that we cannot ship within the time stated for your order, we will contact you and provide the options required by applicable law. You may be asked to consent to a revised shipment date or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.

Address changes

Review the address carefully before ordering. Contact us immediately if it is incorrect. We cannot guarantee a change after fulfillment begins and are not responsible for delays caused by an inaccurate address supplied by the customer.

Missing, damaged, or incorrect deliveries

Inspect the package promptly. Email info@rehanllc.com with the order number and supporting photographs within 7 calendar days after delivery if an item is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect. Keep the product and packaging while we investigate. This reporting period does not limit rights that cannot be limited by law.
