These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Rehan LLC website and purchases from our U.S. online store. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement and provide accurate, current information. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its security, introduce malicious code, scrape it in an abusive manner, impersonate another person, or use it for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

Products and availability

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. Screen settings and natural material variations may affect appearance. Dimensions, materials, colors, compatibility, care instructions, and other specifications shown on the final product page form part of the product description. Products and quantities are subject to availability.

Prices, currency, and taxes

Prices are displayed and charged in U.S. dollars (USD). Shipping charges, discounts, and applicable taxes will be shown before the order is submitted. We may correct an obvious pricing or description error before accepting an order and will provide an opportunity to cancel if a correction affects it.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. An automatic acknowledgment confirms receipt, not acceptance. We accept an order when we send a shipment confirmation or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance. We may reject or cancel an order before acceptance for unavailability, payment failure, suspected fraud, quantity limits, address restrictions, or legal reasons. If payment was collected for a cancelled order, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Payments and security

Payments are processed by the provider identified at checkout. You authorize the charge shown before submission and represent that you may use the selected method. Checkout will use HTTPS and a payment-provider integration designed to handle card information in accordance with applicable payment-security requirements. Do not send card details by email.

Shipping, delays, and risk

Shipping destinations, charges, processing times, and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will notify you and provide options required by applicable law, which may include consenting to a delay or cancelling for a full refund.

Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Eligibility, deadlines, return-shipping responsibility, damaged-item procedures, refund timing, and cancellation rules are stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

Promotions

Promotions may be subject to separate terms, dates, eligibility rules, exclusions, and limits disclosed with the offer. Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined and have no cash value.

The website, branding, design, text, graphics, and other content are owned by or licensed to Rehan LLC and protected by applicable law. You may use the website for personal shopping only and may not reproduce or commercially exploit its content without written permission.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Rehan LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from website use. Our total liability for a product claim will not exceed the amount paid for that product, except where law does not allow that limitation. Nothing here excludes warranties, remedies, or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Montana and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules and without limiting mandatory consumer rights. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can attempt to resolve it. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear unresolved disputes.

Changes, severability, and contact
